Some people just can’t enjoy a moment without injecting some sort of partisan politics into the equation. Forget asking the typical DisneyWorld question after winning the Super Bowl. The new question seems to be, “Will you go to the White House?”
Not long after helping the New England Patriots win Super Bowl against the Los Angeles Rams, TMZ took no time in finding a player and asking him the $64,000 question.
Patriots safety Duron Harmon told TMZ that he won’t be visiting the White House to commemorate his team’s championship victory and meet with President Trump.
“They don’t want me in the White House,” Harmon said.
Huh? Who doesn’t? Has Trump ever called Harmon out by name? Does the president even know who Harmon is?
TMZ then asked whether Harmon would take the route of last year’s NBA champion, the Golden State Warriors, and choose to disrespectfully visit former president Barack Obama.
“That would be dope,” Harmon said, referring to Obama. “Obama, come holla at me, man. We love you over here, man.”
Sure, except that Patriots owner Robert Kraft, coach Bill Belichick and future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady are all supposedly friends with Trump.

In an interview with “Face the Nation” on Sunday, Trump said that he believes the Patriots will come to the White House.
“People love to come to the White House," Trump said. "So the Patriots were here two years ago, and I’m sure they’ll be back.”
