A new Rasmussen poll shows just how insane the American left has gone when pushing for tyrannical government mandates over the COVID-19 "pandemic," even to the point of saying they would support the government imprisoning unvaccinated people and taking away their children if they refuse the shot.
According to the poll, Democrats are exceedingly more likely than Republicans and Independent or unaffiliated voters to support draconian COVID measures, including ones that go exponentially farther even than President Joe Biden's already overreaching attempt to mandate that employers force their workers to be jabbed for their jobs. Disturbingly, Rasmussen found that's only the first in a long line of measures many Democrats want to take against the unvaxxed, including a slew of mandates that spit directly on the U.S. Constitution while trampling all over basic human rights in a parade that only communists would attend.
First, faced with a proposal that would violate the Fourth Amendment against unlawful imprisonment, 59 percent – that’s nearly two-thirds – of Democrats polled said they would support the government confining unvaccinated people to their homes. (By contrast, 79% of Republicans and 71% of unaffiliated voters say they are against such an insane proposal.)
The poll also found that “nearly half (48%) of Democratic voters think federal and state governments should be able to fine or imprison individuals who publicly question the efficacy of the existing COVID-19 vaccines on social media, television, radio, or in online or digital publications," taking aim at the free speech clause in the First Amendment.
But it gets worse.
A lot worse.
Forty-five percent of Democrats said they would favor the government putting unvaccinated people in "designated facilities or locations" (i.e., special unvaxxed camps), again completely ignoring the Constitution - and basic decency.
Forty-seven percent said they’d support the government tracking an unvaccinated person’s movements.
And a full 29 percent – that’s more than one in four Democrats – say they would support unvaccinated parents losing custody of their own children to the government if they refuse the jab.
All while recent studies have emerged showing that even a fourth dose of the almighty COVID vaccine isn't enough to prevent the transmission of the coronavirus, meaning that the free and adorned vaccinated crowd can still catch and spread COVID just like the unclean masses who haven't been jabbed.
