It is Harris' catch phrase to cover a wide variety of policy issues and strategic assessments by the sharp minds in the Biden administration. Whether discussing infrastructure, electric vehicles, her election, community leadership, Asian-Americans, Latinos, the NAACP, Iowans, 2022 graduates, African leaders, etc.
