In a world where people often say outrageous things, no one seems to make more outlandish statements than those in Hollywood, especially when it comes to politics and social issues.

Ben Stiller, known for his acting roles in “Meet the Parents” and “Tropic Thunder,” has always been open about his Jewish identity, even embracing it in his roles. However, what he said during the donation event “Comics for Kamala” was not just an act.

Stiller announced he would be donating $150,000 to Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign for president and made this puzzling comment:

“I just want to let you know, I'm gonna match your $150,000 donation. Everybody's got to get out and vote and donate. She’s also a historic candidate. You know, it’s going to be the first woman president and that’s incredibly exciting. She’s Indian, she’s black, she’s everything and you can be more than one thing which is incredible. I’m Jewish and Irish, I wish I was black, every white Jewish guy wishes he was black.”

This comment is not only quite strange, but Stiller also seems to have overlooked the fact that Kamala Harris has faced significant criticism for her perceived lack of support for Jewish people and Israel as a whole.

As we approach the elections, the comments and support for Harris will likely become even more extreme, as the left has shown a tendency to pander to issues of race and other major social concerns.
