Last week, Riley Gaines was physically attacked by transgender activists while she was at a speaking engagement at San Francisco State University (SFSU).

Lynn Mahoney, SFSU’s president, said the incident was traumatic -- for the trans community at her school.

“Last Thursday, Turning Point USA hosted an event on campus that advocated for the exclusion of trans people in athletics,” Mahoney said. “The event was deeply traumatic for many in our trans and LGBTQ+ communities, and the speaker’s message outraged many members of the SF State community.”

It sounds as if Mahoney thinks Gaines had it coming. After all, shouldn’t the former All-American swimmer expect to be physically assaulted for sending some students into an “outrage?” Gaines is really the problem here!

But it gets worse. Mahoney said Gaines' presence wasn’t just "deeply traumatic" for the trans demographic, but it upset the entire student population of creampuffs, unicorns and forest sprites!

“Last week was a hard one for San Francisco State. As we have seen here and at many universities, balancing these with dearly held commitments to inclusion and social justice is hard and painful,” Mahoney said

It must be awful to have someone peacefully come to your school and share a worldview that challenges the progressive nonsense you peddle in every area of your so-called university.

The progressives at SFSU -- and in America at large -- believe that those in the LGBT community are untouchable and should be free from criticism. Moreover, they believe that their sexuality choices allow them to verbally or physically harm others if someone rightfully says transgenders should not compete in women’s sports.

What a pathetic excuse for a university.
