Six illegal aliens have been arrested in sex trafficking bust in Wisconsin after one of their alleged victims managed to escape and alert local authorities.

Police say they received an emergency distress call from an underage woman on Nov. 28, who claimed she had fled from a house in Manchester where she was being sold for sex. After raiding the residence, police arrested six men, all of whom they say were living in the United States illegally after coming here from Guatemala.

“Thirty-three-year-old Esler Hugo Rivera, 28-year-old Rolando Corado Gonzalez, 40-year-old Avelino Sarceno-Sarceno, 37-year-old Ember Rivera, 28-year-old Noe Bautista-Martinez and 31-year-old Evis Amabilio Garcia-Rivera were all arrested on suspicion of second-degree sexual assault,” Channel 3000 reported.

Investigators said they found multiple piece of evidence that the girl had been assaulted in the house, adding they believe Garcia-Rivera was trafficking the young woman among the other men.

All six men are being held at the Green Lake County Correctional Facility on cash bonds ranging from $20,000 to $50,000.
