Officials have conducted a complete autopsy report of murdered model Iana Kasian, and the details describe the chilling events of her death.

Kasian was found dead inside a West Hollywood apartment in May of 2016, allegedly murdered by her boyfriend Blake Leibel, 36. Leibel is the son of a wealthy Canadian real estate developer Lorne Leibel

According to the newly released autopsy report, Kasian was found with her scalp missing and a fully exposed skull. Parts of her face had been torn off, including her ear. The slain model's body had also been drained of all of her blood, and human bite marks were found on her jaw.

Leibel is a graphic novel and comic book series author, and some of his content parallels the gruesome nature of his alleged crime. One of Leibel's  graphic novel "Syndrome" contains a scene with flashbacks of a serial killer slashing a couple's throats and draining them of blood.

He had been arrested a week before Kasian's death on suspicion of felony rape against a second victim, according to Los Angeles County sheriff's officials, and had been on bail at the time of the murder. Following Kasian's death, Leibel was charged with murder, mayhem, aggravated mayhem and torture, along with special circumstance allegations -- all of which makes him eligible for capital punishment.

Apparently, Kasian had moved out of the couple's apartment, but had reportedly returned to speak with Leibel before she was murdered.

Kasian's child with Leibel was found beside her body, but was unharmed. It remains unclear whether the child was present during the model's murder. Kasian's mother, who filed a $56 million wrongful death lawsuit against Leibel, is now the guardian of the one-year-old.

Leibel has pleaded not guilty to the murder and torture of his former girlfriend.
