At least there’s one sports news source that doesn’t make me want to pull what’s left of my hair out of my head on even a weekly basis. So it should come as no surprise that Jason Whitlock of Outkick.com called out Los Angeles Lakers megastar and ignorer of Chinese government atrocities LeBron James for being a…well, being a “bigot.”

James, who has been a public figure since he was 15, hasn’t been shy lately about fanning the flames concerning social justice issues, particularly the recent police-involved shooting of Jacob Blake.

James seems to have fallen into the leftist trap of being so “anti-racist” that he has, in his own words, segregated black people from white people by using words like “we” and “OUR PEOPLE.” If you are truly “tolerant,” “we” should mean everyone.

Whitlock went even further in his article by saying that James is practicing bigotry with his words.

“LeBron James foolishly thinks he’s overseeing the police,” Whitlock wrote. “He’s overseeing the black KKK. He’s promoting racism. He’s demonizing a group of white people based on the behavior of a few.”

Whitlock’s not wrong. He expands on his belief about James.

According to Whitlock’s article:

As a black man that sort of racist tactic should be terrifying. That racist tactic was used to deny us freedom in this country. No one who professes to care about the welfare of black people would adopt the tactics of white bigots.

Bigots, regardless of color, have a common trait. Ignorance. Ignorance fuels their ego. Information is their enemy. They avoid it at all costs. Negative anecdotes frame their worldview.

Bigotry has subdued and detained LeBron James.

Absolutely! It’s not just James, either. There are large swaths of people, of all colors, all over social media who serve up daily helpings of panic propaganda, either out of sheer ignorance or deliberately to further a narrative and/or agenda.
