Squad Member Rashida Tlaib Spotted Partying Without Mask

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) was captured dancing indoors at a wedding without a mask on Sunday in defiance of recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The video was posted on an Instagram story by wedding band Bassam Selah, according to the New York Post.

The tagged location in Dearborn, Mich. indicated that the indoor event was in Wayne County, an orange zone for “substantial” transmission, NPR reported.

Because of the orange zone status for the area, both unvaccinated and vaccinated people were advised to wear masks indoors, meaning Tlaib defied the aforementioned CDC recommendations.

She also ripped into Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) for urging Americans to resist coronavirus mandates and lockdowns the same day the video of her partying emerged.

“The KY Senator is throwing a tantrum as his state is being swallowed whole by this virus, again,” Tlaib said in a tweet. “People are getting sick and dying.”

This manufactured outrage from Tlaib is nothing more than an effort to control Americans into complying with more restrictions and lockdowns.

Scolding the Kentucky senator — who is also a doctor — on coronavirus protocols while simultaneously partying indoors maskless reveals her words were nothing more than virtue signaling.
