While everyone was geared up for President Joe Biden's first verbal gaffe of the night during his second annual State of the Union address, one of the most cringeworthy moments of the night happened before the president's mic was even turned on. To the casual observer - and most people on the internet - it appeared as though First Lady Jill Biden greeted Vice President Kamala Harris' husband, Doug Emhoff, by kissing him smack on the lips.
