The vast majority of clubs in Australia's National Rugby League (NRL) would not approve of the league creating more initiatives to support the LGBT agenda.

The NRL asked a group of 34 high-ranking team officials to join an anonymous survey about important issues facing the league, and 25 actually participated.

Of the 25, 82 percent of respondents said the league should not adopt an LGBT pride round initiative. Furthermore, 57 percent of those 25 said they would not create an alternate pride jersey in their teams repertoire of uniforms, and 38 percent said they only would if the players consented.

This survey by the NRL comes less than a year after the (oh-so appropriately named) Manly Sea Eagles decided to boycott a match against the Sydney Roosters after the team discovered they would be forced to wear pride jerseys for the match.

That July, TV host Pail Kent slammed Manly’s decision to force players to wear the jerseys without consulting them. The club, he said, “should be embarrassed” for how it handled the situation.

“The Manly club did this without any consultation of the players, they did it without board approval, it didn’t get raised at board level,” Kent said. “It’s basically a marketing decision and they just assumed that everything was ok.”

This whole chain of events goes to show that despite the LGBT community’s attempts to make countless sports leagues show approval for their lifestyle, not everyone is on board with the agenda. There are still those who have no interest in bowing down to the toxic ideology, and who are willing to take firm stances against it.
