The Huffington Post is heralded a woman as a “True Hero” because she bought all of the cupcakes in her local store after she allegedly heard another patron body-shaming her.

According to the Huffington Post, 19-year-old barista Vega Blossom deserves the title of being a “True Hero” because she made a Facebook post bragging about how she was “really petty” and bought $54 worth of cupcakes in order to spite the people waiting in line behind her.

Blossom, who said she originally only planned to buy six cupcakes from the store, ended up purchasing “EVERY DAMN CUPCAKE,” totaling $54, after she heard a woman behind her reportedly say to a friend “thank god, now lets [sic] hope this fat bi**h doesnt [sic] buy all the cupcakes.”

Blossom’s Facebook post has received over 26,000 shares since it was posted on March 31.

The bakery, Designer Desserts in Valparaiso, has reportedly been sending Blossom cupcakes ever since her post went viral.

The owner of Designer Desserts, Adam Wiltfang, responded to the incident by writing that his shop is a “BULLY FREE ZONE” and that they “WILL NOT TOLERATE these disgusting types of attitudes.” He also suggested the customer who made the comment about Blossom’s weight “please buy your cupcakes elsewhere.”

Yahoo Lifestyles, which recently ran an article on how to avoid being body-shamed by your doctors, also jumped on the bandwagon wrote about the woman for her brave stand against body-shaming for revenge.
