The US Supreme Court voted 5-4 on denying an emergency appeal filed by Planned Parenthood and others in an attempt to block a Texas fetal heartbeat bill.
While pro-lifers are encouraged by the ruling, there are bigger pro-life cases coming before the Supreme Court in the near future.
