Following news that President Donald Trump won’t participate in a “virtual debate,” as the Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD) decided for the candidates, it was reported that the president will instead hold a rally.

Now, we know a little more about this “rally.”

Making the announcement on his radio show on Thursday, conservative host Rush Limbaugh told listeners that Trump will not only be on "The Rush Limbaugh Show" on Friday, but that it will be “the largest virtual rally in radio history.”

“I’m thrilled to announce that our commander-in-chief, President Donald Trump, will be right here tomorrow hosting the largest virtual rally in radio history,” Limbaugh said, as reported on his website. “Be sure to tune in. You don’t want to miss this. It will be special. And I am really looking forward to it.”

Limbaugh also thanked his fans for continuing to send their prayers to him amid his battle with advanced lung cancer.

“Oh — and, folks, thank you again for all of your continued prayers,” Limbaugh continued. “I am so moved by your support. You know that I know and believe that they work. And I cannot tell you how appreciative my family and I are for all of you. Thank you, again, very much.”
