Less than a week ago, LeBron James’ son, Bronny, suffered cardiac arrest while working out at the University of Southern California (USC). He was released shortly thereafter after being put in stable condition.

Fortunately, the rising basketball star’s health seems to only be trending upward. This past weekend, LeBron posted a video of his playing the piano and looking like his normal self.

LeBron has also released his first public statement since the incident, in which he thanked fans for all the support they had given to him and his family.

“I want to thank the countless people sending my family love and prayers. We feel you and I’m so grateful,” LeBron wrote on Twitter. “Everyone doing great. We have our family together, safe and healthy, and we feel your love. Will have more to say when we’re ready but I wanted to tell everyone how much your support has meant to all of us! #JamesGang.”

Doctors are still unsure of what caused Bronny to suffer the heart issue, though Elon Musk and several prominent conservative voices have thrown out the idea that it could have been caused by the COVID vaccine. Regardless, it is good to see an 18-year-old getting back to his full strength, and hopefully he gets back on the court soon.
