Wacky MOLE: A Cohen Crazed Media Rampage

In this week’s Wacky Moments of Liberal Expression:

ABC’s George Stephanopoulos tells a Washington reporter that his goal is to make “sure we are always accurate, especially with these attacks coming in on the press, we have to make sure to go above and beyond to ensure that everything we do is accurate and fair.”  Stephanopoulos seems to forget his own biased on-air history.

Stephanopoulos’ “fair” coverage this week continued as he endorsed former Trump attorney Michael Cohen’s testimony before Congress, claiming the man convicted of previously lying to Congress had the “ring of truth” to his tale.

Justifying the gargantuan amount of Cohen coveragethey provided, media talking heads continuously claimed that former Trump attorney Michael Cohen was a contemporary version of Nixon lawyer John Dean, and that his testimony constituted the Watergate of our time.

Now that it’s clear that none of top three Virginia Democrats engulfed in scandal will be resigning voluntarily, CBS and NBC have stepped up the effort to clean up their racial gaffes and conveniently drop any mention of their party affiliation while talking about them.

CNN chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta wasn’t called on during President Trump’s Hanoi press conference. So Jimmy threw a temper tantrum while falsely suggesting the President had “steered clear largely”of the White House press corps. I guess he wasn’t counting the many members of the White House press corps President trump called on who were not named “Jim Acosta.”
