Students interrupted a convocation address by former FBI Director James Comey at Howard University Friday.
Comey faced chants of "No justice, no peace, "We shall not be moved", “I love being black” and "Get out James Comey, you’re not our homie.”
Eventually Comey’s microphone was turned up and he gave his address over continued chanting and protests.
CNN is reporting the organization HU Resist passed out a statement at the event Friday saying, "James Comey represents an institution diametrically opposed to the interests of Black people domestically and abroad."
