Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas) has released a video of himself attempting to view transcripts of the closed door testimony from the Democratic impeachment inquiry – to no avail.
In a video posted to Twitter, Crenshaw says:
Adam Schiff isn't allowing Reps. to see the transcripts from this impeachment inquiry, but selectively leaks small portions to the press. This process should be transparent to the American people. It should be a fair process w/ clear rules, just like past impeachment inquiries. pic.twitter.com/Rg2AKtRHIM

The video shows Crenshaw reading the House Rulebook showing “such records should be the property of the House and each member.”
When Crenshaw attempts to see those however records, he is denied.
“They won’t let me see it - big surprise,” Crenshaw says. “They say non-committee members can’t review any of these transcripts any of these depositions that have been happening over the last week.”
Crenshaw claims that members of the House Intelligence Committee tell him they are not being allowed to see the documents either.
“Where’s the transparency? There’s none,” Crenshaw says.
