WATCH: Would 'Sanctuary City' Residents Allow Illegal Immigrants to Stay in Their Homes?

President Trump recently sent out a tweet that expressed his frustration with Democrats unwillingness to help him increase border security.

“Due to the fact that Democrats are unwilling to change our very dangerous immigration laws, we are indeed, as reported, giving strong considerations to placing Illegal Immigrants in Sanctuary Cities only,” Trump tweeted last Friday. “The Radical Left always seems to have an Open Borders, Open Arms policy – so this should make them very happy!”

Liberals continue to say “we are a country of immigrants” and need to let illegals in without consequences. But would they put their “money where their mouth is?”

I went to Baltimore, MD — which is a sanctuary city — to see if these residents would be willing to house some of these illegal immigrants they claim deserve a right to be here.

I’m sure you can guess what their answers are.

DISCLAIMER: The Department of Homeland Security placed Baltimore on its list of designated "sanctuary cities" in 2017. While city officials have maintained Baltimore is "immigrant friendly" and openly welcomes and protects illegal aliens, the city's jail policies are made at the discretion of the governor's administration, which does not currently bar local law enforcement from cooperating with ICE detainers.
DHS's "sanctuary cities" list no longer available online.
