You don’t always have to like something in order to find it funny. “Beavis & Butt-Head” have been around for about 30 years, and they’re one of those entities that you either like or you hate. But even if you lean more to the “hate” side of the likability spectrum for this adult cartoon, funny is funny, and sometimes you have to just laugh at certain things.
A clip from the new “Beavis & Butt-Head Do the Universe” movie, currently available to watch on the Paramount+ streaming service, has been making the rounds because of its supposed mockery of one particular university-created, racist study — “white privilege.”
The scene in question shows the pair of oblivious miscreants standing in the middle of a college classroom while the indoctrinator/professor broaches the subject of “white privilege.”
“So white privilege is when white people — particularly men — automatically assume they can take whatever they want,” one student/activist said.
“And they never have to worry about getting stopped by the police,” another student said.

Well, after the woke and predictable looking students/activists explain what white privilege is to the Beavis and Butt-Head, the guys take that as their cue to do whatever they like around the campus.
Professor: That’s white privilege
Butt-Head: Whoa! And we have that?
Professor: You sure do.
Butt-Head: I see.
Beavis: Whoa! I never realized this stuff.
Butt-Head: Uh, yeah. You’ve really opened up my eyes.
Professor: Well, I’m glad we’ve been able to enlighten you. The real question is, ‘Do you think you’ll be acting differently from now on?’
Butt-Head: Uh, I guarantee it.
Beavis: Yeah, me too.
That’s when Beavis and Butt-Head basically terrorize the campus, because — based on the students/activists description of white privilege — they take it literally and use it to their advantage.
"We're subverting existing paradigms," Beavis said, probably without even knowing what that means.
Watch for yourselves. This is one of the funnier comedic scenes I’ve seen in a movie in a long while, ever since the left has used former President Donald Trump, COVID and the Alphabet Mafia to make actually funny comedy illegal.
