Election officials in Philadelphia's 20th Ward, 1st Division attempted to prevent court-appointed Republican minority inspectors (regarding minority party) from doing their job to monitor elections. Chris Matthews couldn't be happier that Hurricane Sandy wrecked havoc and left many homeless, eating out of dumpsters, and begging for help- because it benefited President Obama "politically." Last night, he commented he was "so glad we had the storm last week" to bring in possibilities for "good politics", or in other words, to help re-elect President Obama.
