In November, MSNBC's Chris Matthews called Sen. Rand Paul a "pissant" for his rant against New Jersey Chris Christie appearing in a federally-funded tourism ad for the state during an election year. Now that a federal audit into the ad is underway, Matthews reported the audit on Monday as yet another problem for Christie, without any sense of irony for his previous take on it.
