NOW President Terry O'Neill argued that half of President Obama's cabinet officials should be female because women are better at making policies that help everyone. Host Chris Jansing said that the assertion that women are inherently better at governing than men was "hard to disagree with"

MSNBC analyst Toure went on a rather bizarre screed against firearms. He blamed firearms for causing and increasing anger and stated that they only have one purpose: killing. What's particularly egregious about this was Toure's statement that "it takes no courage at all to pull a trigger." Um, don't the police and military use guns? What about law-abiding citizens who have defended themselves or…

Kevin Powell followed up his blog post blaming the "culture of manliness" for the Javon Belcher murder-suicide with a truely mind-boggling interview. Powell managed to blame traditional conceptions of manliness, homophobia, and gun ownership for the shooting. I'm surprised he didn't find a way to blame Mitt Romney wanting to cut PBS.

MSNBC Contributor Michael Eric Dyson mocked Republican opposition to President Obama's massive tax increases as "bonerism" an amazingly hilarious and mature play on Speaker John Boehner's last name.  Dyson's remark drew hysterical laughter from Julianne Epstein and Martin Bashir.

MSNBC host Martin Bashir accused Charles Krauthammer of supporting the Confederacy for comparing President Obama’s fiscal cliff “compromise” to the surrender offered to Robert E. Lee.  Take note, logical comparisons are racist.

The Supreme Court just released today’s orders list, and it does not include any cases on challenges to the Defense of Marriage Act or California’s Proposition 8.  NBC News Legal Correspondant Pete Williams stated that this doesn’t mean that they will not hear any of the cases, and that it is possible the court could decide either to take up or punt on the cases on Monday.  However, there are…

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough ripped the media for the arrogance in its assumption that the Republicans would cave to President Obama on the fiscal cliff.
