Using a fast-flowing river and a ramp, a few Swedes created a homemade wave machine. The river's waters produce enough down-force to push the ramp to the bottom and that, in turn, creates a wave. Sports always have a way of bringing out the worst in people, in this case, English soccer. Fans of the English Soccer Club Chelsea trashed an outdoor restaurant for what seemed like no apparent reason. A pile of chairs and tables were thrown into a pile, and a waiter was assaulted during the mayhem. During all of this, the fans were chanting, "We'll do what we want."
