An Appeal To Bail Out Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac

Jim Cramer, the host of CNBC's "Mad Money," wants the federal government to write a check to the tune of $100 billion to raise capital for the government-backed mortgage lenders Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
