Bill Clinton Against Recalls Before He Was For Them

MRCTV's Joe Schoffstall caught up with former President Bill Clinton at a 'Recall Walker' rally in Milwaukee, WI and asked him to clarify why he was highly opposed to recall elections in 2003 but now is in support of the Walker recall.

In 2003, Clinton stated that recalling California Governor Gray Davis would set a nasty precedent and scare politicians from making tough decisions in the future.
