‘Bluff City Law’ Takes Aim at Lying, ‘Criminal’ Corporations

The Memphis-based and blues-infused new legal drama Bluff City Law has a high-minded premise: that attorneys like Elijah and Sydney Strait are fighting the “change the world” by going after evil corporations willing to “ruin your life,” to protect their profits. In the Sept. 23, pilot episode of Bluff City Law, the corporate villain was "Amerifarm," in a case E! Online reported was "ripped from the headlines."
