Four of the five liberal late night comedy shows focused a lot of energy on their Thursday episodes on the situation in Minneapolis. According to them, the administration is lying about the female driver being a threat to the ICE agent who shot her, people who agree with the administration are fascists, and Trump plans to use the situation to further his goal of governing without elections.

Back on Comedy Central, The Daily Show’s host-of-the-week, Ronny Chieng, declared there to be only one legitimate way to view the video, “people have been watching the videos over and over, breaking them down frame by frame until they end up with resting Kash Patel face. And it's already become just one more political Rorschach test in America: Some people see a peaceful protestor getting murdered, and other people are fascists.”
