MSNBC's Chris Matthews on October 11 worried about the emerrgence of Mitt Romney as a serious front-runner and a threat to Barack Obama's reelection. Talking to Democratic strategist Mark Penn, he mocked, "Suppose they make him Gordon Gekko? Suppose they say, he's one of the pigs on Wall Street?"
