Lavrov Suggests Russia Will Need to Retain More Ukrainian Territory Than the Donbass

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says Moscow’s goals in Ukraine now go beyond “liberating” the Donbass, suggesting it will need to control territory further west because of the West’s decision to provide Kyiv with more sophisticated weaponry.
