On Tuesday, nearly 24 hours after claiming “there’s nothing fake about CNN,” CNN This Morning co-host Don Lemon laughably asserted, without evidence, that “all evidence points” to “the facts” that the Department of Justice (DOJ) is not political, and has only ever been political during the Trump administration.
Lemon’s BIG LIE about the nature of the DOJ came during an argument with David Schoen, former President Trump’s lawyer for the second impeachment, about the validity of the January 6 Committee and their conflicts of interest.
Schoen called out Democratic Chairman Bennie Thompson (MS) and Democratic members Jamie Raskin (MD) and Adam Schiff (CA) for having personal financial incentives for the committee to seek Trump’s indictment.
