[See NewsBusters for more.] MSNBC's Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization oral arguments recap panel on Wednesday consisted of Jose Diaz-Balart and three left-wing legal analysts. The panel took the outrage meter well beyond ten as pro-life laws were compared to segregation and conservative justices were attacked in personal terms as being white males, despite Justices Thomas and Barrett.

Failed New York City mayoral candidate Maya Wiley claimed that is obvious Mississippi's law is bad and unconstitutional simply because it is Mississippi, "You know, this is fundamentally when you hear this argument that Mississippi, Mississippi, the state that fought school integration -- the state that has so long fought against the fundamental rights other groups people is actually saying “you know what? History, rely on history. No matter how sexist, no matter how racist, no matter how divisive, in deciding how much this precedent should stand."
