Navy Secretary: We Need to Make the Military 'More Family Friendly'

During a panel discussion Monday at the Center for a New American Security, Navy Secretary Ray Mabus said the military needs to do a better job of recruiting women by providing more flexibility so they can balance serving their country and taking care of their family.
