A Nigerian man flew from JFK to LAX on June 24 on Virgin America without proper identification, boarding pass, or a passport. He had in his possession over 10 expired boarding passes. He was not arrested until he attempted to fly again from Los Angeles to Atlanta. The TSA has no comment.
