Scarborough Comes Close To Calling Thomas Friedman a Fool: Carbon Tax Won't Stop ISIS

On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough cites Thomas Friedman's column in which he argues that the most important thing that the US can do in its confrontation with ISIS is to free up US oil exports and impose a carbon tax.  Scarborough cites Zbigniew Brzezinski who in a similar situation suggested that someone with such a naive view was a "fool."
