Sen. DeMint: GOP Must 'Cut Spending' and 'Cut Size of Government'

Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.) said that if Americans trust Republicans again to give them a majority in Congress, the GOP must cut federal spending, cut the size of government, and return many responsibilities back to the states.
