State Dep’t on Israelis Visiting Temple Mount; “Incitement Can Take Many Forms’

State Department spokesman John Kirby declined to say Wednesday whether the administration considers visits by Israelis to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem to constitute incitement to violence, but he did say that “incitement can take many forms.”
