Time Editor: U.S. Has Appetite for Big Government

On MSNBC, Time magazine's Richard Stengel, told the hosts of “Morning Joe,” that based on a recent poll “there’s a sense that, that something needs to be done and people have kind of an appetite for big government in a way.”
