The View Kicks Off Pride Month Claiming GOP Wants Gays Executed

While having the gall to whine about people’s “nastiness” towards them on social media, ABC’s The View celebrated the start of so-called “Pride Month” on Thursday by falsely claiming that conservatives wanted to turn America in Uganda and have laws that called for the “execution” of homosexuals. This was followed up by the insane accusation that “the only way” Republicans get into office was by “stealing” elections. Of course, the “conservative” on the panel was just an empty suit.

It didn’t take long for co-host Joy Behar to uncork her dangerous rhetoric and unfounded conspiracy theories against Republicans. Getting ZERO pushback, she asserted that the political right wanted to imprison gays like Russia and execute them like Uganda:

Let me point out that Uganda, for example. There are countries all over the world that are attacking gay people. This is the new scapegoat du jour right now. In Russia, you’re imprisoned if you’re gay. In Uganda, they just imposed a stringent law, life imprisonment or execution if you're considered to be homosexual. 64 countries, half of them are in Africa, criminalize homosexuality. The other half are all over the place. I mean, is that what we want our country to be, like Uganda? I mean come on! Or Russia?

Behar’s rhetoric here was particularly dangerous since it came at a time when Christian school children in America had been murdered by a transgendered terrorist, a fact they denied back in March.
