As pointed out by NewsBusters Mark Finkelstein on Sunday, CNN's Jake Tapper didn't directly blame President Donald Trump for both the lack of a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia and the deaths of five Ukrainians, BUT he did so with a caveat.
