‘Will Your Country Recuse Itself?’ Abusers Are Asked Ahead of US-Focused UN Rights Council Debate

On the eve of a U.N. Human Rights Council “urgent debate” into racism in law enforcement in the United States, a monitoring group challenged certain members to “recuse” themselves, identifying by name major human rights violators in the council’s own ranks.
