Senate Republicans are revving up to torch a Biden-era rule that would – if not stopped -- let California play eco-dictator to the nation. As reported by Wallace White at The Daily Caller on April 5, 2025, teams of GOP Senators and Congressmen are gunning to dismantle an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) waiver that effectively greenlights California’s scheme to impose a de facto…

As airline flight attendants oft suggest, it could be time for Americans to “buckle-up,” because the bloated, invasive federal leviathan known as the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) might finally be facing the ax it has long deserved. The Post Millennial’s Thomas Stevenson reports that Senators Mike Lee (R-UT) and Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) have dropped a legislative bombshell: the “…

Principled Americans might recall that, circa 2018, Ms. Bondi and Mr. Trump appeared side-by-side in Florida at a press conference in which they extolled the virtues of her efforts as then-Florida Attorney General, to execute the equivalent of Red Flag gun-grabs -- or what she termed, “Gun Violence Restraining Orders” – on people who had not been granted due process, not been convicted…

Perhaps a professional wrestling motif fits. Sadly, it’s not entertaining, in the least, and people really are being harmed as the latest round in the fight between pro “Legend” Donald Trump and Maine Governor Janet Mills (D) ends and a new one begins. After a long ping-pong game of courtroom hearings, en banc rulings, remands, and disregard for the Bill of Rights going back to 2017, the Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals has ruled 7-4 against the plaintiffs in a case called “Duncan et al v. Bonta,” declaring it perfectly fine to threaten peaceful California residents if they own or try to get gun magazines that can hold more than ten…

No doubt the Founders would not have needed Ben Franklin’s invention of bifocals to see the contrast and irony – and the towering insult in the very existence of this federal agency. National Pulse March 21 reported that the Trump Administration is intent on nearly halving the tax parasites of the insultingly titled “Small Business Administration”: “President Donald J. Trump’s push to…

One of the key theses forming the heart of economist and historian Robert Higgs’ monumental 1987 book, “Crisis and Leviathan” is that politicians tend to create or promote tales of “crises” that “only the government” can solve. Each purported “crisis” sees them push for bigger government control over civilians, and each new claim of power is never relinquished, leading to the term Higgs coined, “…

MRCTV has covered numerous insane Climate Cult rituals and lies. From the revelations about government-subsidized professors in the U.S. and U.K. manipulating data to fit collectivist political agendas, to former Climate Czar John Kerry trying to dodge the fact that he racked up mile after mile flying in private jet trips to carbon-alarmist gatherings, to the absurdity of Climate Cultists…
