(Photo Credit: LRC PUBLIC INFORMATION)  Kentucky House Speaker Greg Stumbo (D) channeled his inner televangelist last night following an upset in the state governor's race Tuesday, hypothesizing on Jesus’ political affiliation while admitting he hasn't actually read the whole Bible before making a strange comparison between Hillary Clinton and the Kentucky Derby. From Stumbo's speech Tuesday…

Remember how affordable health care was supposed to get under President Obama? As a matter of fact, it’s written right there in his signature 2010 law – The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Except that for a lot of people, their health insurance is becoming less and less…well, affordable. Based on the numbers, health insurance plans under the federal government’s insurance…

Presidential candidate and current GOP frontrunner Dr. Ben Carson certainly wasn’t impressed with the mainstream media’s handling of the third Republican presidential debate in Boulder, Colo., on Wednesday, accusing the networks of having a "secular progressive agenda."  In the spin room following the debate, Carson told MRCTV he doesn’t think the mainstream media got the candidates’ message…

(Photo Credit: Aaron P. Bernstein) While more than a few GOP candidates slammed the mainstream media for biased moderating and reporting during the third GOP debate Wednesday, it all came up roses for Gov. John Kasich (R-Ohio) -- who actually defended the CNBC moderators in the spin room following the event. The presidential hopeful told MRCTV he “thought they did a good job,” saying he was “…

(Photo Credit: The Associated Press) In case you were wondering, presidential hopeful and bottom-tier candidate Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) isn't quite sure why his support isn't skyrocketing among the American public -- but he doesn’t think his message is falling flat with conservatives.  At a pre-debate party hosted by CNN Tuesday night in Boulder, Colo., Graham blamed his lack of success so…

(Photo Credit: AP/Patrick Semansky) Speaking behind the scenes at Wednesday's GOP debate in Boulder, Colo., a confused Gov. Martin O’Malley (D-Md.) dodged a straightforward question from MRCTV about why he feels he's trailing far behind Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-Vt.) and Hillary Clinton in the Democratic presidential race, simply saying, "I've never run a bad race" before segueing into an anti-…

Gov. Bobby Jindal (R-La.) clearly wasn’t impressed by the mainstream media’s declaring Hillary Clinton the victor at last week’s Benghazi hearings, accusing the networks of “trying to make this all about political points.” MRCTV caught up with Jindal backstage at the GOP presidential debate Wednesday to ask him whether he agreed with the media’s nearly unanimous declaration that no news…

Rand Paul (R-K.Y.) how he planned to deal with media bias if he were to get the GOP nomination -- and his answer might surprise you. “I think the monopoly on media has, somewhat, been broken up by the Internet"  since the days when there were only…
