During a divisive speech condemning "extreme MAGA" Republicans Wednesday night, President Joe Biden compared the mentally ill nudist-activist with no particular political affiliation who attacked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband last week with the January 6 protesters who stormed the U.S. Capitol following the 2020 election.
"The assailant entered the home asking, 'Where's Nancy?' Those are the very same words used by the mob when they stormed the United States capitol on January 6," Biden said during his remarks, suggesting that right-wing political violence is to blame for Davide DePape's assault on Paul Pelosi.

In reality, DePape was a well-known mentally disturbed illegal alien with a documented history of bizarre and conflicting political viewpoints.
Biden went on to condemn "extreme MAGA" (formerly known as "ultra-MAGA") Republicans for "threatening our democracy," saying that the "fate of the soul of the nation" is up for grabs on November 8.
