The findings of an online survey by Rasmussen Reports and The Heartland Institute found that 21 percent of “Likely U.S. voters who voted by absentee or mail-n ballot in the 2020 election” admitted “they participated in at least one form of election fraud.”

According to the results:

A new national telephone and online survey by Rasmussen Reports and The Heartland Institute finds that 21% of Likely U.S. voters who voted by absentee or mail-in ballot in the 2020 election say they filled out a ballot, in part or in full, on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child, while 78% say they didn’t. Thirty percent (30%) of those surveyed said they voted by absentee or mail-in ballot in the 2020 election. Nineteen percent (19%) of those who cast mail-in votes say a friend or family member filled out their ballot, in part or in full, on their behalf. Furthermore, 17% of mail-in voters say that in the 2020 election, they cast a ballot in a state where they were no longer a permanent resident. All of these practices are illegal, Heartland Institute officials noted.

While the report does indicate that “nearly equal percentages of Democrats, Republicans and unaffiliated voters admitted to fraudulent activities,” when these findings are coupled with a post-2020 presidential election survey conducted The Polling Company as requested by the Media Research Center (MRC), the results of that election looks to possibly have had a very different outcome had all these factors been taken into account.

The MRC survey questioned “1,750 Biden voters in seven swing states (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin)” on whether they would’ve voted differently “had they known the facts about one or more” of eight news stories, including the Hunter Biden/laptop story that was censored on social media platforms and in the establishment media, leading up to the election.

As reported by MRC’s NewsBusters on November 24, 2020:

This lack of information proved crucial: One of every six Biden voters we surveyed (17%) said they would have abandoned the Democratic candidate had they known the facts about one or more of these news stories. A shift of this magnitude would have changed the outcome in all six of the swing states won by Joe Biden, and Donald Trump would have comfortably won a second term as president.

Hopefully, there’s more of a focus on protecting the upcoming 2024 presidential election from all types of fraud that could affect the outcome in any way.
