To hear Carlotta Bradleyof the Associated Press tell it, there are absolutely no redeeming qualities to Alabama's new law aimed at tracking down illegal immigrants in the state.
According to the story the law will cut off Alabama's food supply, lead to overcrowding of jails, force background checks on school children and is "similar to Jim Crow laws."
But don't worry everyone. The new law deosn't meant that ther will be "...mass roundups of thousands of illegal immigrants any time soon."
