Leave it to the ladies of The View to provide a new level of Trump derangement as they ruminated about alternatives to prison for him if the Secret Service would not allow him to serve a sentence. A giddy Joy Behar suggested making a deal with special counsel Jack Smith, “without jail, and he says, ‘I’m going away and moving to Saudi Arabia’?”
After some audience laughter, she doubled down: “I don’t even care if he goes to jail...I just want him to go away and stop ruining my country.” Behar soon made clear she’d only be satisfied if Trump were completely silenced: “And go away. I don’t want to even see him in the Enquirer.”
