Richard Cox was in an Arlington Court, Thursday. He is a registered sex offender who’s been accused of exposing himself to elementary aged girls in the girls locker rooms at multiple high schools whose pools were open to the public after school hours.
Why was he in the girls locker room to begin with, you might ask? Well because the city of Arlington has a policy that says anyone can use any bathroom that matches their gender identity and you’re not allowed to tell them they can’t. This policy allowed Cox to use the women’s facilities at several community centers and local schools and no one stopped him - until several little girls complained he was fondling himself in front of them while standing in the shower.
It took this guy stroking himself in front of 8-year-olds for someone to say that this very obviously dude probably shouldn’t be in the girl’s bathroom.
