During a speech at an Associated Press luncheon earlier this year, President Obama mocked Mitt Romney' for calling Paul Ryan's budget "marvelous."In March, a budget resolution based on President Obama's 2013 budget did not get a single vote of support and was ultimately shot down on a 99-0 vote in the Senate.
