CNN's Fareed Zakaria, who admitted recently that he has had face-to-face meetings with President Obama on foreign affairs, said right after Obama's Mideast speech that he would be "surprised" if anyone in Israel objected to the speech. After Israeli prime minister Netanyahu objected to some of the stipulations laid out in the speech, Zakaria criticized him for refusing to budge on negotiations.
